Based on Acts 6:1-4, the Board of Trustees main responsibilities deal with the administration and use of the funds and properties of the church, including the maintenance of the facilities. Trustees are also responsible for personnel, with the exception of the minister.

The Board of Trustees is a board made up of five persons regardless of gender.
